Le pire endroit ou installer un bureau. Immeuble prétentieux, environnement bruyant, pas de climatisation, parking impossible... Pourquoi avoir loué un local professionnel à cet endroit ?

No parking space. You have to circle around to finally park far away and come back walking. This building is awful. We even saw mice. Don't be fool by the renovations. The electricity is not up to code. They changed the electrical panel but did not replace the outdated fabric covered wires inside the walls. This is a fire hazard. The heating system is old and dysfunctional. You cannot set the temperature. Just on or off. No sound isolation. You hear the trains passing by days and nights. Overpriced duplex condo.
