Zero stars! The wife and I booked an appointment a week in advance to have our taxes prepared with Nancy. We arrived on time for our appointment and entered the foyer. The only hello we received was from another customer leaving. The receptionist never acknowledged us at all as we sat ourselves down in the waiting area. There was another customer with a file folder under his arm, who obviously had not booked an appointment because the receptionist asked Nancy if she could answer a question he had for her.
Without hesitation Nancy took him into her office. Nothing was said to us that our appointment was to be delayed by either Nancy or the so called receptionist at this point.
26 minutes after arriving for our appointment, frustration set in and we got up to leave. I told the receptionist to cancel this appointment to which she said "sorry bout that" and nothing more.
We left in disbelief that not not only did we have our appointment taken from us, but no attempt was made to determine how much longer Nancy was going to be with her unscheduled client, or to re-book the appointment or any kind of rectification for what transpired!
What ever happened to being a human being that says hello or at least acknowledges your existence when you enter their place of business?
What ever happened to customer service? You won't find it here.
