I have never had a pleasant experience at a car dealership. I am usually frustrated or offended when salespeople judge you on how you look. Often making a mockery of your budget, implying that you can afford way more or cannot afford the vehicle you are interested in. I had already spoken with dozens of salespeople at dealerships across Canada (Ford and GMC), and I had dealt with some pretty offensive people. That all changed when I got ahold of Conlan at Country Ford in Wilke Sask. They had two potential trucks for me but when Conlan realized they were not the perfect fit, he bent over backwards to ensure I didnt settle. He did so much extra work trying to find me a truck that fit my needs. I never felt like I was bugging him even though I asked him to look at importing damn near every truck in Canada. His communication was on point and the entire process was friendly and comforting.
The cost of the truck was more than my house, and I was nervous but he never put pressure on me while I was making my decision.
The best decision I made when purchasing my truck was to use Conlan and Country Ford. If Bev the Ford Canada CEO reads this or Conlans bosses at Country Ford. He deserves a raise or a free ford vehicle. I will vouch for him

It was a very convenient and pleasant buying experience overall. The salesperson brought the vehicle to us for a test drive and delivered it when we decided to purchase. Communication was great and all transaction matters were handled professionally. I would buy from them again.

This place is seriously worth the drive. I had booked a test drive and arrived roughly 10 AM. I was greeted by Marica, Curtis, and Jason right at the front door and you could tell right away they were genuinely interested in getting you in the right vehicle. I was planning on checking out another dealership before deciding on purchasing but their easy going attitude sold it for me right then and there. Negotiations were a breeze, as was financing. I’ve never purchased a car from a dealer before (let alone a new one) so I’m glad to have found Country Ford. Small town dealerships are definitely where it’s at!

Look I really wanted to give Country Ford a 5 star review, but after taking my used 2022 Hyundai Elantra that I bought from them to Hyundai, I can't in good faith give a 5 star review.

The car has some rather used brakes that did not have any maintenance done prior to sale. There was no block heater installed, which I found extremely weird. The fluids need to be flushed. AC had a leak that thankfully was covered by warranty.

All and all I basically have 2000 dollars worth of maintenance to be done that I got stuck with because Country Ford didn't care enough to do it themselves.

Were the sales guys awesome? Yes! Just not entirely honest.

My wife went to get an oil change done on our 2024 Bronco. I own the vehicle and they convinced her that it needed a cabin air filter which i know was clean because i had it out to check it a couple days prior. I also specifically told them when i booked it that i wanted an oil change only. Do better.
