My husband and I contacted Creative Print All for a door sign for eBytes Computers since our entrance is now on the side of the building. Dealing with Megan, helped us very quickly, and even though my husband is very picky, Creative Print All were very patient and knowledgeable to get us what our imagination pictured. Excellent product, and great service. We were very pleased to let them add their stamp on our sign stating they created it!! Thank you all so much

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience start to finish with Creative. First we got a quote and agreed for the work to be started then we were given terrible design proofs over and over again that were honestly insulting at times, we would give feedback and it would be ignored with another proof.

Finally it came to installation and the installer was fine but you could tell he was stressed and made a few mistakes on installing the window decals but the main sign was the bigger issue and needed to be replaced. They said they would make it right with some sort of discount and assured me it would come after it was all corrected, so we paid the invoice (my mistake) and was met with radio silence until I called them and asked for the owner directly. It took multiple attempts to get through but finally I reached them.

We waited for months before they finally came to fix it and they never came back with any type of discount like they had promised, but we needed one decal changed due to a wrong phone number that was our own fault. I had asked what the cost to fix it would be and was again told “we will work something out” and came to install it without quoting.

It’s been a little over a month and hadn’t heard anything so I figured okay, just just won’t charge me for the replacement decal, still not worth the hassle but at least they tried and I am happy enough.

Today, with no prior communication I received a bill for the replacement door decal. Even the email had no details, just an attached invoice. The decal wasn’t cut to the correct size and doesn’t perfectly fit the window, not a problem if they weren’t charging but this has been a terrible experience from start to finish.

This was for a small business and we always want to support local, but we are definitely finding a different company next time. Unfortunately part of the responsibility is on me for taking them at their word when they said they would make it right and not getting clear quotes in writing before doing any of the work but they took so long to get started with the projects that we ran out of options and accepted.

I hate that it came to this, having to leave this review.
7 weeks ago I took my truck to get new decals measured out and ordered.
Went out of my way to bring it there so they could measure it out themselves.
They took the measurements and said they'd get back to me asap for the price.
I waited 4 weeks... nothing.
I called in and was told I would receive a call back that day.... no call
I've gone in in person...they just say "they'll get back to me asap" every time...
I waited 3 more weeks.... still no call
I called back AGAIN... once again was told they'd get back to me asap...
Still no call back.

So...I've taken my business and money elsewhere.

I wanted to support local. They really let me down. I've ordered them from another company now.
