I was in the Carlyle area when I unfortunately hit a raccoon and damaged my car. I needed to get back “home” to Alberta, but wasn’t sure what functionality was damaged and worried I wouldn’t make it back safely. Merit refused to even take a look at my car—immediately told me to go to another business (that was closed for the day). Even when I called back to further explain I just needed the damage assessed, they refused to take a look. I ended up travelling over an hour to get to Estevan’s Senchuk Ford to get help. Shame that Merit failed to listen to my needs or show any friendliness or empathy.

I had a very good experience buying my truck but 4 months later my turbo failed and destroyed the engine. My truck was there for 4 months getting fixed. I was given a whole bunch of lies and my engine didn’t even get ordered until 2 months after it arrived at the shop. I have 6 Ford vehicles and not one of them will be going back there in the future.
