This place is a joke. I worked here for over as a telephone interviewer. They always turned me down for other jobs even though I have over 10 years experience in this field. Then to top it off they would only schedule me once a week for 3 hours!! I think they just didn't like it that I would point things out to them to try and help them.

If you don't do the survey or tell them you're not interested, you will be called nonstop. You can be called around 20 times!!

Insightrix is a great marketing research firm that collects quality data and produces reporting that is usable and helpful for those doing them. They also gather the data quickly and can complete a wide range of lengths of surveys.

For the last 2 Saskatchewan provincial elections insightrix polls have been so far off for the life of me i have no idea why anyone would take their polls serious! And the funny thing is after the election you don’t hear a peep from this company on why their polling is so far off

Friendly staff and very helpful. Their online surveys pay well and their in person discussion groups are always fun. They make you feel heard and valued. Meeting areas are clean and comfy and they always have snacks. Their work in the community is fantastic, especially with organizations like the SPCA. Definitely recommened becoming a member.

They try very hard to accommodate you if you are there over the supper hour. Unfortunately, warm soft drinks/water/ lacking diet sodas do not impress. My opinion only, but I think they could afford more than a 4 inch piece of sub for supper.(eg a 6" sub each would be more appropriate).
If I could I would give them a 2.5 star rating.
The building is clean, and there is plenty of room in the meeting room.

Years ago I signed up with them and the spam got ridiculous. I forgot about this and signed up again and immediately remembered why I hated them having my info so much. Like clockwork you start having people from across the world calling you at all hours trying to scam you and if it isn't enough they also have your info now to sell to others. I sent them an inquiry asking if they sell personal data which is btw perfectly legal. Haven't gotten a response but do yourself a favor and protect your personal info. Also no idea how this company has so many 5 star ratings with no write ups or posts to suggest to follow why they deserve 5 stars.
