Michael and his team at Golden Homes, have done a phenomenal job in building our beautiful new home. Michael and Sam were there from choice of lots and plans, through all the construction details, to the end result. Michael also acted successfully as our Realtor to sell our existing house. They were always cheerful and easy to deal with, enduring our many questions, with detailed and prompt responses.

After sales we have been very happy with Claire and Matt in sorting out any minor issues that we had.

We would highly recommend Golden Homes to anyone searching for a quality builder, where quality finishing, state of the art walk in closets, large pantries, triple glazing and hot water on demand are a standard. The quality of the timber used is evident in our unfinished basement.

We are in a single home in the latest phase of Kinniburgh South in Chestermere, where Golden has available beautiful lots backing on to the canal and pond.
