I brought in some work for them, they said to bring pictures, which I did, I brought drawings and even the exact font I needed. They didn’t bother to even look at my work for over a week, and then told me after several phone calls they can’t work with what I gave them.

We were desperately in need of a new outdoor business sign to replace our old and very weathered sign and contacted 3 different companies for estimates. Not only was the pricing at Big Print well in line with the competition but the customer service, response time, thoroughness of the explanation of everything from the materials used to the specific sizing and detail, and their attention to detail were all top notch!!!! We are very happy and our shop looks like a brand new business now with the great outdoor signage they provided!! Even though it was the Christmas holidays time of year, they were able to get it done within a few weeks from idea to concept to completion!!
