First, Hogan is an awesome guy, who is really down to earth!! Customer service was top notch. Honest assessment of the potential laptop issue . Upfront and fair prices. Repairs were done in a timely manner. There was open and great communication every step of the way. Laptop was fixed perfectly and is running great! I would definitely recommend Wasaga Beach Geeks and will use their services again.

Sometime time ago we brought our laptop in for updating and repairs. I must say we are still using that laptop today. We were so pleased with the timely manner and experience Hogan presents. Now we have come to The Greeks for returning packages to Amazon. They pack, print off the labels needed and return your packages to Amazon. I find this service a great help and convenience. 👍😬👍Thank you guys.

I just had my laptop repaired through Hogan. Multiple other places told me it couldn't be fixed under any circumstances, yet he was confident it could be fixed. I have it back now and it works better than before- it's like brand new. He is very kind and professional and the pricing was reasonable.

Brought my Desktop in to upgrade to Windows 11 and add MS Office along with a couple of other updates. Hogan was great to deal with and handled it quickly with same day service. Will definitely use their services again if needed.

If I could put ZEROOOOO STARSSSS I WOULD …. I WANTED 2 TABLETS FOR MY KIDS… HE GAVE ME ONE AND SAID HED ORDER THE SECOND ONE… I GAVE HIM THE MONEY BUT AS HE DROPPED IT OFF I NOTICED IT WASNT THE SAME AS THE OTHER ONE… IT WAS SMALLER … I ASKED HIM WHEN I COULD DROP IT OFF AND HE TOOK LONG TO ANSWER AMD THEN A WEEK WENT BY AND I DROPPED IT OFF TO HIS HOME ADRESS …. I ASKED HIM IF HE COULD JUST ORDER THE SAME ONE AS THE FIRST ONE HE GAVE ME …. A whole month goes by .. SO I THEN proceed to ask for a refund for the second tablet since I still haven’t gotten it …. IT HAS NOW BEEN 4 and a HALF MONTHS AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY 250$ back to get my second child her TABLET…. I am furious and he’s not answering any of my calls …
