If Eve is working you'll be taken care of perfectly, if it's the other lady with the tattoos and dark hair expect attitude and poor service. It's the only marijuana dispensery in waterford so they do take advantage of that.

Nice little store! The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly even though they were fighting with system issues! Prices seem good and a decent selection of assorted products. Took the cashiers recommendation for my first purchase and am happy with it! Will be back!

Northern Leaf is a nice little shop and the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Staff are also very welcoming and upbeat. The store is nice and clean and very bright. They have their menu on a tv and they also have it printed on placed right at the cash for customers to look at. The menu has a lot of information on it; everything you need to know about the products when you’re deciding what to buy. Overall I really like this store and will continue to shop here. It’s nice to have our own shop in Waterford!

Went to check out the new dispensary in Waterford today and was very disappointed.. when I first walked in it was unwelcoming as I got a HUGE SNIFF OF CIGARETTES that just lingered the entire time, on top of extremely bright and a very empty room. When I got to the front desk to read the menu it was very small and confusing, categories did not make sense. I had specific products in mind but the store did not have very much selection, when I mentioned this to the staff she told me they need to sell their current products before they order more which was a bit concerning in regards to the expiration dates and the freshness of products. I also asked a few basic questions about some products and methods of using and they didn’t seem to have much knowledge on the subject, I myself have a decent background regarding cannabis and I felt that the staff were not very well educated when explaining their products, I will continue to go to my regular dispensary as they are more welcoming and knowledgeable.

OK when in a pinch, definitely costs more than going to any of the shops in simcoe. Wish they had a selection of rosin and better concentrates.
