We have nothing but great things to say about KW Digital Solutions. When we first met with Nola, we knew we wanted to build a new website. However, we hadn't thought out many details at that point. In that first meeting, Nola listened and asked questions about our company. Once she had digested our information, she immediately gave suggestions and ideas. This got us excited about working with Nola. She followed up by giving us a clear plan outlining everything we needed to reach our goals. Throughout the entire process, it was evident that this company valued communication. We had regularly scheduled meetings, but we also could request meetings anytime we felt we needed them. In addition, they were always quick to respond to emails and follow through with any plans of action we had agreed upon. Nola made it her business to know and understand our company well. This level of understanding translated into her knowing what we needed.
There were a few occasions where we came up against a few unexpected roadblocks, and Nola went over and above to help us with these situations.
