We are very excited to have received our first order of band shirts from Traces Screen Printing Ltd. The quality far exceeded our expectations! The shirts were extremely soft and we love the variety of styles Traces has to offer. We're so happy to be able to offer our friends and fans such a quality product. Constant rotation of staff over the 2 years we regrettably worked with Traces which lead to a constant broken telephone of communication from the owner to the staff, leading to insurmountable mistakes and fix-ups on their end, which easily could have been avoided had the owner been trained & trained her staff properly. Their printing work got progressively worse and worse with little to no care of outcome. We were arguably Traces largest customer. Her hot-headedness response will most likely debate this- but the two years we dropped off parcels bi-weekly, there were never any other customer work being printed. In fact, on nearly every occasion we were told our stuff would go to print ASAP because there was no other work. Unbelievably unprofessional owner who cannot take responsibility for her mistakes, as she blames it on her staff, the fabrics, the garment makeup, ink providers, etc.

Our last batch had over 300+ units destroyed simply because they did not pay attention. We easily had over 1,000 ruined garments in the span we worked with Traces. When they did replace them, they ordered the wrong garments and refused to correct this mistake. Cracked ink, pooling, stucco-like thickness, fibers in the ink (fibrillation & static issues that we tried to tell her about, falling on stubborn deaf ears). We have lost far too much time and money working with this company that should not have been in business for 36 minutes, let alone 36 years. Truly a travesty.

You may be asking why do they have so many 5 star reviews then? It's because if you give the company a 5 star review then you're entered into a draw for free printing. Do you think she'll pick us after this? Shady business practices here, absolutely awful owner to deal with. Truly the wicked witch of the West.

The staff on the other hand, are helpful and a pleasure to work with, but even the staff have difficulty dealing with the owner. Their words, not ours.

The main print they couldn't get right was a 1 colour/2 location, the very absolute basic print of screen printing. We printed this exact same design with them for years. The quality and the attitude just got worse. Covid truly exposed how much Traces cares about their clientele. As one of the small ones that fortunately made it through this pandemic, we take our work very seriously and the quality of our prints have to reflect that.

Don't confuse anger with passion, as this is our main source of income to put food on our plate at the end of the day. All we asked for was consistent quality and as you can see by the attached photos, there was never any consistency whatsoever. Keep this in mind if you decide to print multiple batches with this company. Compare your old prints to your new prints and if you're not satisfied, RETURN IT.

There are dozens of actual good quality printers out there, as we have many loyal relationships with them. This was our mistake for focusing on proximity instead of quality. Yes, their prices are the lowest in the market. But so is the outcome.

If you have a small business you want to succeed, avoid at all costs. Cheers!

I have relied on Traces Screen Printing for so long (20+years) that I have come to almost take for granted the consistently exceptional work they do. Over the years Traces has produced many orders for me, from polar fleece to golf shirts, and every time I come to pick up my order and open the box to see the finished product it's "Wow - do these ever look great!" Behind that happy exclamation there is always the story of the process and that is where the Traces team excel. Tracey and her talented staff can always be relied on to bring on-trend options for garment selection, and innovative and stylish recommendations for logo placement on the garment. Staff are always super responsive with follow up details and they professionally deal with all the curve-balls that inevitably arise, such as last minute changes to sizes and quantities. Highly recommend them every chance I get!

Lena was very patient and understanding - although I felt a little guilty in my being overbearing (I wanted to have our embroidery come out JUST right), she was very gracious and gave me no reason to worry. Any changes I asked for were promptly made, and then a sew-out photo (a small piece of fabric with the actual embroidery design on it) was emailed to ensure it was exactly to my pedantic specifications.

As we made refinements to the embroidery sew-out, she made sure I was truly happy - and once I gave the go-ahead, the hoodies were very promptly made and ready for pickup. The pickup and payment process was seamless.

Most importantly, I could not be more THRILLED with the end product! The hoodies came out EXACTLY how I had envisioned them, and I've hardly taken it off since I got it. The stocks they were printed on are warm, well-fitted and comfortable, and the embroidery itself looks absolutely incredible.

Thank you so much for your attention to detail, I would absolutely order from here again!

We printed a large number of t-shirts with this company. Our tight timeline was accommodated and finished ahead of schedule, and the shirts looked way better than expected. The customer service we received from Lena was the best I've ever experienced and cannot thank her enough for her hard work! We had an incredible experience working with these folks and can't say enough superlatives to recommend these folks to others!
