I ordered custom crewnecks for my robotics team, and they turned out perfect! The logos were printed exactly as we designed it, The fabric quality is excellent—soft, comfortable, and durable. Everyone on the team loves them! The entire ordering process was smooth, and the final product exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service . Back in June this company was hired by our dance studio to take end of season photos . Paid in full for our three kids . Dance studio ended up closing their doors and never followed through with delivery as promised . so I reached out to Gameface myself when I didn’t not receive photos . Employee Justin said on Sept 11 that they were going to mail us what we paid for for they couldn’t get dance studio to come pick up photos . No way delivery from Airdrie to Calgary takes this many days. Now the 21st and no response from company via multiple Facebook messenger messages which is their “24hour “ customer service desk . Completely feel scammed . Will also be looking into BBB . Would absolute NOT use this company , stay clear

So I have reached out to Jordan and she said she went to your “office “ many times to pick up and you ghosted her . Besides that I talked to you directly and you are the one who said you would have mailed them to me directly on Sept 11th . How tacky and unprofessional of a company to act like this

Our entire team complained about our picture this year, I believe it was an AMHA wide issue because I know 3 other teams who were upset. Previous years they have been good, this year is awful! It’s like a 80’s camera filter was on, can’t even make out coaches faces in team picture. I have 8 years of team pictures on the wall and these look terrible. The quality of the photo plus poor printing on the mug, not even sure if that is my kids face. The dog tags my son really wanted, he was so upset because you can’t even tell who it is. I spent over $150 and couldn’t be more disappointed. One of the worst parts is the response from Game Face to our team’s complaints. “ if you are unhappy with your pictures return them for full refund” that’s awful because the memories, no matter how bad the pictures, are extremely important to our family. Giving a refund is standing behind your product, but it’s not standing behind your workmanship which you expect from professional photography.

Charged a ridiculous amount of money for a mediocre product. 2 magnets…$32 with shipping. We offered to come and pick up the order (for the whole team), after several back and forth frustrating emails, we were told they didn’t offer that. Also, it took 3 months to get our order.

I've emailed and messaged on fb no response. we ordered our pictures for both daughters and have not received anything! we will be taking legal actions if not received or a refund paid.

I didn't receive all of the items that I ordered. I sent 3 follow up emails and a left a voicemail. I didn't receive a response. Apparently customer service is not a priority. I would not recommend working with this company.
