Able Cresting did an incredible job with my items. They made sure they prints would look good, Testing them, and sending me photos. Disappointing Experience with Poor Quality and Customer Service*

I recently purchased a school uniform pant from this store, which had the school logo on it. Unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor. The pant was ripped from the bottom and the seams were coming undone, rendering it unwearable.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to exchange or return the item, the staff refused to assist me. The customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional.

The fact that I paid almost double the price of similar pants from other stores, solely for the school logo, makes this experience even more disappointing.
Edit: answering for the owner. The above occurred and I brought proof of purchase with me. I was just disappointed in the quality of the pant because I’ve heard that they are usually longer lasting. I usually buy from other stores but thought to splurge on the more expensive company, in hopes for better quality. Overall, I was super dissatisfied with quality.

Poor customer service... I was there for pick up @ 4:58, then door locked, someone came outside to lock the office by 4:59 pm, then she said alarm is all set. No more pick up.... ran from work to make it by 5pm, but I was there at 458pm. Time is money... should improve customer service or need to change hours to 4:58 pm instead of 5 pm. If the closing time is set to 5, door should close at 5 pm not at 4:58 pm. Thanks

They/their staff have zero customer service, kindness, graciousness or etiquette. It's disappointing that they seem to have a monopoly on almost all traditional school or private school uniform making so they can get away with this front face customer service. Not sure why other schools don't go to the many other services available.
