Great experience working with the Oddball Team. They were able to work with us on a great design and were very accommodating when making a few adjustments to our order. When there a little error on the delivery they quickly problem solved and got us our on time. Highly recommend.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery of the uniforms for my son. We placed our order two months prior to the start of the tournament, expecting the uniforms to arrive on time and in full. Unfortunately, not only were the uniforms received very late, but my son's uniform was also incomplete.

This is not the first time we've experienced delays and incomplete deliveries. The repeated issues with receiving uniforms late and incomplete have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Given the ample time we provided when placing the order, we expected a much higher level of service and reliability.

Super great to work with OddBall. They took my call, we coordinated drop off of special uniforms to embroider and screen and they turned them around super quickly. Great service, great quality, in fact, the best embroidery I've experienced on my staff uniforms to date.

Our order was late and there were some errors that could have been avoided with better communication but Kai worked swiftly and at his own expense to correct all the errors and fulfill the order late but otherwise 100% to our satisfaction. There is no problem with the quality which is top notch! Our members are very happy with the products. We're all human and mistakes happen from time to time, I appreciate the integrity that Kai and company showed in standing behind their brand! Based on this I would be willing to give Oddball Workshop my business again in the future.
