This company is ripping off people using their reviews on Facebook, but in reality product and service both are garbage quality. While selling their product they provide 5 years of warranty but when actually there is something goes wrong with their product they get disappear. There is no way to contact them and they will block you on social media and you are done, your 400$ are gone. I literally paid 400$ for 10$ worth of Leds. And the worst part is after next of day of installation Leds came off. I think the owner doesn't know he is working in Canada and definitely someone will take class action against this company.

Disappointed by the quality of this product, their installation practices and their customer service. Instead of correcting their defective product (sign is cracked and warped), they have chosen to ignore their "lifetime" warranty and in short, ignore us. After multiple missed installation appointments, this product was finally installed but was broken (or broke during installation). We were told that "it's supposed to be that way" and to not worry about it as it would look fine from the road.

We have reached out to the company via multiple platforms (text, phone, social media) and have been ignored, hung up on, blocked and had posts deleted.

I'd recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

This company only makes excuses as to why the signs are installed poorly and broken. They do not show up when they say they will and they will hang up on you when you phone about getting the problem fixed. Franka and her crew are brutal. Do not use this company. Take your money and get it done correctly the first time with a bill and warranty from a legit company. The installers will install your sign unevenly and the plastic will break.

Matthew installed our illuminated sign a April 2023. We had to have him back twice within the month he installed it because the lights burnt out. Now a year later and the lights are so dim you can't even see the sign at night at all. I have emailed him and hope that I get a good response. Will keep you posted.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

While promoting and selling their product, we were told that they provide 5 years of warranty but when the lights on my address sign started to flicker, I cannot get a hold of them whatsoever.

We have reached out multiple times to no avail. Their phone line has gone unanswered and now it seems to have been disconnected.

It's unfortunate that this company would stoop so low to scam people out of $450. If you cannot deliver the product or service, then don't falsely advertise your business!

This is the worst company I've had to deal with, they have absolute no customer service. I got a sign installed and it broke down in less than 10 days, when I tried contacting them they assured me someone will come and nobody showed up to fix the issue. They also offered me a 10 year warranty when they installed but refused to honor it when it broke down. Be especially vary of Kayla and Avi. Kayla is a flat out liar. Do not give your business to this company.

If anyone is to read this: company offers very poor service. At the time of install the sign was not center, tech told my wife stand back and look at it. Still not center, he said to her don't worry. Parts of the sign were falling after 2 days, we called them and got no help so I ended up using some glue and made it the best we could. Very poor level of service I would NEVER refer this company to anyone.

Looks like the address on the invoice or on google is incorrect, I guess to hide the business.

We have had our sign for 3 years and had no issues. Install was good and back lighting has always worked. Fair warning that the sign is plastic, not metal.
