I came to Karan and his team needing two commemorative plates completed for a loyal customer of ours that had passed away unexpectedly. Karan took the utmost care in ensuring the design process was seamless, from near-daily communication via email to accurate revisions.

He took his time going through the pricing of different metals that would be the most functional for my idea, as well as the costs associated with the thickness, etched writing and images.

His team even made a suggestion during the design-finalizing stage that really made the vision in my head come to life, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.

In the end, I'm glad I came to York Region Trophy and Promotion for this special request. You can tell once you step into this establishment that they have your best interests in mind and will not try to pull one over you. Now I have timeless pieces that both serve as a constant reminder of a remarkable person. My deepest thanks and gratitude once again.

This store provides great value and service if you’re looking for trophies/awards for your events. Turn around time is relatively quick, their pricing is reasonable and the quality and variety of the trophies is great!

Only deducting one star because the order I placed with them had the wrong finish on the plate and a typo for one of the names. They were quick to offer to fix it in a few days but unfortunately it didn’t work with my timeline.

Definitely would recommend this shop to others and I’ll be back again! Make sure to double check the proofs the send you before they make the plates.
