One of your female agents, I’m not gonna name who, showed she couldn’t care less about a client who has a budget lower than she likes to serve. Hang up the phone before customer even finished - I have never seen anyone in service industry so unprofessional. Guess the unemployment rate needs to be higher for certain people to review customer service 101 in Haliburton area.
