Order was completely wrong, cashier was beyond friendly and would rather be behind the grill than on the counter taking orders. Once we ordered it took a few minutes before our order was even started due to the cashier not telling anymore. Not sure how you mix up an order other than not paying attention.

This use to be a good location but not anymore.

Food was ready very quickly and all good. But it was the service that was over the top. Ashlynn and another lady, who I assume was the manager, were so kind and helpful. Would 100% come back if our travels take us this way again!!

Waited 15 minutes for two chicken strip combos, was given one sauce for both, one of the sauces being HALF sized. Went in to ask to get an extra sauce for our meal so we could enjoy the $26 for 8 chicken strips and a handful of fries. Was then charged $1.75 for two sauces ….

NEVER AGAIN.

I was there recently and order a crispy chicken sandwich only, no combo no drink, I didn’t notice till I got home I was charged for a combo, 12.79, that was an expensive meal. A sneaky tactic as well. I thought it seemed expensive. My grandson had the chicken in basket combo and it was less than my chicken sandwich!!Do better Fall River Dairy Queen ?

Ordered a medium strawberry cheese cake specifically asked for extra cheese cake and paid for it and received 3 pieces of cheesecake on my Blizzard I guess the extra piece of cheese cake was worth the extra cost.

I'm very unhappy that they originally put the 7 dollar chicken strip meal to 8 dollars but now they have totally got rid of it completely!!! Not sure ill eat at DQ anymore now! This is what you get when you order 3 chicken strips at 1.50 each. Its a sad joke DQ. As someone who eats there twice a week I'm so very disappointed ?

We stopped here for lunch yesterday while waiting to head to the airport. Our food was ready quickly and was hot and tasty. The lady working the front counter has phenomenal customer service skills, she made us feel like valued customers. They also had about 25 students stop by all at once and had their orders taken and on their way within minutes, it was impressive!
