They do not screen their employees, they’re currently employing to individuals under investigation for severe child abuse, and over 60 counts of animal abuse, allowing them to handle children on rides and at the carnival. Stay away! The owners daughter Mikayla is aware of these charges and they still keep them on their payroll. Some staff here are really rude. Firstly I told the guy operating Area 51 I was light headed and he said “I don’t care.and after the carnival I started throwing up like crazy. Secondly I asked the guy if he could buckle in my friend and he said “why is he special Ed’s. But the carnival is fun it’s just some of the staff

Great Experience, Reviews aside. It was really nice to see the hourly routine checks they were taking to ensure safety in light of recent events. Staff was very accommodating and Diligent on height and size restrictions! One of the biggest peevs I have, would be that a lemonade is the same price as a poutine. May want to rethink that.

The ride are in various states, some excellent condition, some repaired poorly using substitute parts such as one of the kid car rides are missing wind shields, in stead have a set of metal in its place. Employees seemed friendly enough but not sure what the level of training is, one employee could not stop a ride, it had to finish its run (kid roller coaster)

Old broken rides. Had to help rotate the fairswheel to get kids off safely. Refused a refund because I didn't feel safe letting my kid on the rides after that. They need better professional people that know what there doing and not these little 16 year old kids not caring what happends.

First of all, the price is OUTRAGEOUS to go on rides here!! Had I known I never would have brought my family. Tickets are $1 each, and rides range from 4-9 tickets PER PERSON. So if you’re ok with paying $20 for 2 adults and 2 kids to go on a 30 second strawberry go round, by all means go here.

Secondly, the rides are in terrible condition. I would be afraid from a safety standpoint because the upkeep is certainly not there.

And thirdly - speaking of safety - they do NOT measure your children before allowing them on a ride. This is a HUGE safety liability!! My 3 year old could have climbed onto a large ride for children 49” or taller without a second glance from the operator. They don’t even have a measuring stick to check the kids - and other parents in line told me their young (short) children were just allowed to go on. The height restriction is there to keep the kids from flying out of the restraints and I was shocked to see both carnival operators and parents feeling like this was ok. Never again!

If you intend on going to this particular carnival - or Heaven forbid plan to bring your children here - then I STRONGLY urge you to read these reviews and just do a quick google search of the company. Doing so will educate you that their rides are NOT safe, their staff are EXTREMELY disrespectful to their customers, and that their events are NOT worth your time or money. If things change for the better in the future then maybe so will this review. But for the time being I cannot see that happening any time soon.
