I want to share my experience with Mohammad Reza Farahzad, who I chose to work with based on his affiliation with Orizon Design — a company that I initially trusted due to their strong reputation and positive reviews.

I paid $300 for a demo design of my application. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered. After weeks of delays and broken communication, I was told that a refund was not possible due to personal financial issues. As a result, I had to pay another designer to redo the work and lost valuable time and money — especially as my developer was waiting for designs to proceed.

What’s most frustrating is that I chose this designer specifically because of the trust I had in Orizon Design, and that trust was completely let down.

I strongly encourage anyone considering working with this designer or team to be cautious. Don’t rely solely on company reputation — always protect yourself with contracts, milestones, and partial payments. Learn from my mistake and do your due diligence before committing.

I hired Mohammad Reza Farahzad for a UI/UX design project after seeing that he publicly claimed to be affiliated with Orizon Design — including stating it directly on his Instagram profile. Trusting the Orizon name and reputation, I paid $300 upfront for a design demo.

Unfortunately, I never received any final work. Just ongoing delays, excuses, and ultimately, no refund. This caused major setbacks to my project and financial loss, especially since my developer was left waiting for the designs.

After posting a review, I was contacted by Orizon, who stated that Mohammad Reza is not officially part of their team and may have misrepresented himself. If that’s the case, it’s extremely concerning that someone can publicly use the Orizon brand to gain trust and secure payments — without any formal relationship.

To Orizon: I appreciate your response, but if someone is using your company name in their personal branding, that’s worth addressing publicly and directly.

To others: Please don’t rely only on what you see in bios, portfolios, or Instagram pages. Always verify company affiliation via official emails and signed contracts.

This situation cost me both time and money. I hope sharing it prevents others from experiencing the same.
