This company did not clean up their mess after replacing our shingles. They left nails and shingle junk in our gutters. These pictures show the garbage left in our gutters. They finished our job last spring 2024 and have still not cleaned the garbage left in our gutters. We are seniors and are unable to check on the work they did. Obviously we trusted that they would clean up after themselves but that did not happen. Spring 2025 I’m still trying to get them to clean up their mess. I complained to our insurance company to say that Renewall Projects were paid for a job that they did not complete. Our eaves are full of nails and shingles. Unacceptable. Almost senior abuse as they know we’re too old to climb a ladder and check their work. After many conversations through our insurance company it was determined that they couldn’t tell who was telling the truth. However our insurance company decided to reimburse us the $250.00 cost that Renewall Projects said that we could pay extra to have it cleaned out. We decided to never have that company on our property again as they are not trustworthy. We have contracted another company to clean up their mess. My opinion is that they are not a responsible company if they are willing to fight over $250.00 for the mess they should have cleaned up and we will never recommend this company to anyone.

Insurance Claim turned sour! Was told these folks were the preferred vendor of the Co-Operators. Almost no communication for nearly 6 months after which they were unable to source materials for my home. After repeated emails and missed dates they did a few repairs which were very poorly completed and cut corners that cost me both visual appeal of my home and required me to hire a different company to fix to code. The soft metals crew showed up in the late afternoon to replace downspouts and eaves but again and did not have the required materials to complete the job. I would once again have to wait several weeks or go back to insurance to plead for a full metals replacement of a different shade, this after months of lead time to get the right product! The only positive I can say is that the initial inspection and quote were well put together and that the guys were friendly. This company is overworked, over committed and evidently are unable to keep up with demand or communicate updates to customers in a timely fashion. Stay away unless you can confirm a guarantee of materials and a set time, expect that time to change constantly and without any communication. I would also recommend having the repairs reviewed by a thirds party inspector if they impact building envelope or anything that would flag visually on a house inspection. (See Photos)

We had Renewall do installation work of cedar renditions on the front of our house, to replace cedar shakes that had faded in the sun. The work was done by Donavan and it looks great. We then hired Renewall to paint all the hardie-trim in the front and back of our house, and thankfully Donavan did this work as well. His work quality is excellent, and we appreciate the efforts by Donavan, his team and Renewall to ensure we were happy with their work. We would hire them again for any such work - they were great. Warrantied their work as well. Great quality and service.

I had Roger and Loren from ReNEWall come and check my attic; I had problems with attic rain back in January. They re-attached a vent hose that had become detached and gave me an assessment of how to improve my attic insulation along with a couple of options. They were on time, efficient, and great at explaining potential options. I truly appreciated the service.

We worked with Loren and Tammy at Renewall to repair the hail damage on our home and garage. It was a busy time, and scheduling the work wasn't easy - but once it started, we were pleased with the professionals they sent to fix our home.

We were particularly happy with Donavan, who replaced our garage siding. He is a mature professional who took the time to explain his approach to repairing (and frankly enhancing) our siding. A garage siding job is the thing that gets rushed or squeezed in with other jobs. But this was NOT the case with Donavan - he worked on our garage just like it was his own. I touched up the details and made sure it was done right! Great guy.

This is the second project we've had the team at ReNEWall do for us. They gave very valuable advice in the initial pre-quote assessment, and once on-site, the work done by Donavan was outstanding to say the least. The time, care and craftsmanship we experienced, to ensure this renovation on an old home looked right, was so appreciated. Given what they had to start with, it's amazing to see the quality result that was delivered. We will be sure to have them back again for our next renovation endeavor.

ReNEWall was contracted by my insurance company to replace my siding. They were very professional and polite. We had an issue with a piece of the newly replaced siding coming off. They handled the situation very professionally and sent someone to perform the repairs.

Update:
The same piece of siding that we had an issue with has had two more issues. It came completely off. ReNEWall came quickly to repair it, but it is already coming off again. I am attempting to work with ReNEWall to make sure that it gets repaired for good this time. I will update this review, hopefully with good news that it has been fixed for good.

Update:
The piece of siding was repaired again. They informed me of the process used to secure the piece and advised me they suspected wind between my neighbors house and mine causing the piece to fail. ReNEWall acted quickly to repair the work and I had no hassles getting them to do it. The team was patient with my frustration and has attempted to repair this piece of siding each time it failed. I would absolutely continue to recommend this company to someone looking to get siding work done. I think that my experience has been a very one off problem.

Renewal projects is the preferred contractor of cooperators insurance Ltd.
They came by to inspect hail damage to my roof and siding.
They did a very lazy job on the inspection and miss represented the type of siding on my house. They told cooperators that the siding on the house is gentex grey when in actual fact it is made by vytec.
The product name and serial number is on the siding, they were just to lazy to do a proper job.
When I contacted them to ask if they would make things right and correct the report they refused and left me no option but to leave a review.
Do not use Renewal projects, they do not care about making things right with their clients.
