The Management need to be retrained or replaced. Don't trust your vehicle to these people, because something shady is going on at this autobody shop. I brought my vehicle in for hail damage repairs. They were all cosmetic, so no damage to the structure or mechanical parts of my vehicle. The parts for installation should have been fairly obvious as to what was needed. I was originally given a 4 week estimate for completion. I phoned 4 days prior to pickup to ask if there were any delays, as can happen in these situations. I was told they were on schedule. I showed up that day to pickup my vehicle, and was told it was not ready for pickup, and that they were waiting another 3 weeks for parts. I asked why they didn't tell me that prior to that day. They told me the system hadn't been updated until that morning, and that they had just ordered additional parts. I left and 2 weeks later, I phoned asking about the status of my vehicle, to make sure they would make the 2nd completion date. They told me it was going to be an additional 2 weeks to get the parts to fix my vehicle. My insurance allotment for a rental vehicle was about to be used up, and I need my vehicle for work. They told me they could have it ready as soon as the parts come in, which puts it at 8 weeks after I dropped it off. I phoned the day I was supposed to pick it up and left a message as they wouldn't answer my call. I phoned and left 3 other messages over the next 3 days, as they weren't returning my calls. Finally, I took time off of work with my wife to drive there and confront them in person. I was told they were still waiting on parts for my truck, but not the same parts they were waiting on previously. I told them I wanted to leave with my vehicle and I would bring it back once the parts came in. They refused to let me do that as the truck was "Pulled Apart" waiting on repairs. I asked to see it to better understand the situation, and once we reached the vehicle, I could see with my own eyes, the truck was put back together and not waiting to put back together. They then said I couldn't take it home yet, as they had just put it together that morning, and needed to calibrate the sensors and detail the vehicle. I left it there that day, and came back the next to pick it up. The truck was dirty on the inside, even though they kept it an additional day to detail it. They also left random parts on the backseat, and I have no idea what they are for or if they are needed. Once I looked over the work areas carefully, it looks like it was very hastily put together, and I can't trust the work that was done here. I have my theories as to why they were telling me something different than what was happening, but ultimately it falls on the management to sort this out and at least tell their customer what is happening with their vehicle. They failed at this, repeatedly. Don't bother with this shop, its a waste of your time.

Carstar did a very thorough and excellent job taking care of us and our vehicle. Their facilities are spotless and they explain everything completely. We were very happy with the work done in the truck. When we saw something that was missed they immediately took our vehicle back and took care of it. My vehicle was returned to me completely detailed inside and out and we have peace of mind knowing they warranty their work for the lifetime that the truck is owned by us. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and professional staff! They were very communicative at every step of the way. My car looks brand new! And my car was cleaned professionally inside and out at no extra cost to me before they released it back to me! I highly recommend using this company in Airdrie!

I would highly recommend Carstars Airdrie. It was an awesome experience. My friend referred me. The estimate and work they did was fast. Fixed my Jeep Gladiator perfectly. They even detailed my truck inside and out. I was thinking about paying for a detail package prior to leaving my truck for an insurance claim, but they did it for free. I am surprised how well taking care of I was. The manager and employees were very friendly. I would definitely buy a detail package or do an insurance claim here again. Awesome services, guys! Thank you!

I had a broken right side mirror and my insurance recommended CARSTAR Airdrie for the job. The estimate and repair appointments were fast and flawless. Since the work on my car took only half a day, I even got rides to/from my house. I found the staff very friendly.

CARSTAR Airdrie did such a great job repairing my car after a collision. My car looks brand new again! Not to mention the excellent detailing they did in my car before delivering it to me! Also, the front desk ladies went above and beyond to support me with my rental car process while my car was getting fixed. Just an amazing experience altogether!
