What an absolute pleasure it is to give a 5 Star review to the best real estate team in Alberta - without question.
I found Derek Timmons through an internet search of top realtors in Airdrie and he was at the top of the list. We came to learn why. We had a house to sell fast as I had accepted a job offer in another province. Derek and his team gave us some tangible goals to get the house ready, and then his team set to work on getting our house professionally staged and listed quickly with maximum exposure.
Not only did he handle my off the charts anxiety well, but also became someone I now call a friend. He worked tirelessly to find our buyer, dealt professionally with an extremely difficult buyer and agent and got us top dollar in a very challenging market.
We loved Derek's style and knowledge so much that we chose to use him again to sell our investment condo. Condos are an even tougher market at the time of posting this, but though his marketing skills, he found us a buyer which allowed us to move on to our new life cleanly and without the anxiety of carrying multiple mortgages.

Derek - you are one of a kind. You got to know us so well, understood our needs and my fears and concerns. You always made us feel appreciated. Derek Timmons is a top notch person and a realtor you want in your corner. We approached him in March to sell our house in Airdrie due to a relocation. There was a high degree of anxiety on our part given the tight timeline for our move and all the things we had to get done. Luckily Derek's team is very organized and they looked after all the details to get our home show ready. Derek was always a text or call away. After our move my rental property in Calgary became vacant and therefore I listed with Derek in May for that condo. I was very apprehensive about that property in particular because I'd tried to sell before with no luck. I am happy to say both the house and condo have sold and we couldn't be more thankful. One of my favorite things about Derek is how he looks after client interests. As this review might suggest, my husband and I at times felt desperate to get rid of these properties, but Derek never took shortcuts or a quick deal just to take advantage of that. He worked tirelessly to ensure we got a good deal on both that we were happy with. I know he'll do the same for you.

Derek doesn't take his job only to show and sell houses, he takes his job from his heart. He actually talked us out of many houses than the houses that he recommended. Once we gave him our list of what we were looking for, he went into the search. My wife loved about 3 properties but Derek told us, not to go into it because of the follow and he listed the reasons.
