I found myself in Airdrie and recall a buddy told me Ribeye Butcher Shop offers an excellent smash burger. If you don't want to read further, he was right!

I ordered a Single Smash Combo, which included fries and a drink. The Single smashed burger was flavorful, juicy, and yummy. I would consider a double next time.

The fries were crinkle cut, which I have a soft spot for. They were crispy and salted well. These are some of my favorite fries in Calgary/Airdrie!

Overall, I loved the burger here. It's worth making a stop when you're in Airdrie.

This place has something for everyone, I'm sure. We heard about the smash burger combo, and we had to go check it out. I'm sure glad we did. We were greeted warmly upon arrival from 3 men. Right away, we noticed how great it smelled. It was clean, and all the details were top-notch. We let them know we came for the smash burger combos, and they quickly got our order started while we took in all they offered. There were rubs, sauces, hats, and the meat ALL THE MOST MOUTH WATERING cuts of meat you could imagine. And did I mention the presentation? Fridges and coolers are full of pretty much everything you could imagine. Off to the side, there was a table and 4 chairs to enjoy your meal if you chose to stay. We chose to stay. We paid for our food as well as a few items I picked up( tallow soap for me and a bone for my pup.) We sat down and when I opened my containers neatly packed and again the presentation. Burger was wrapped in foil and in a burger box. And the fries were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be hitting Ribeye on an ongoing basis. Try it. You would be crazy not to. You will not be disappointed.

Stopped here with the family to look at meat and ended up getting a smash burger. Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had. Try it out!

First time here. Went in for the Smashburger combo. Burger was good, fries are done in beef tallow and we're good and the portion size was very good. I couldn't finish the fries.
Staff were friendly. Dangerous to eat here as you may end up spending more than you anticipate as this is mainly a butcher shop and everything looked great.
Came home with some beef jerky which is very tasty.

Very clean, butchers were very friendly . I got a beef tenderloin and was really good on the bbq, some potato salad and coleslaw. As I was a first time customer they gave me an extra item to try at home and it was really good. The quality of the product I could see was excellent and definately will be back. The price point is a bit higher but you do pay for that quality.

I participated in their food tasting event at the Canadian Brew house and I was very impressed. The food was amazing, the presentation was great , the events dynamic was fun and the hosts were great and very charismatic. I will definitely start purchasing my steaks and ribs from them. Stopped by Ribeye Butcher Shop on our way to Banff/Yoho in Oct2024 for a week of camping. The ambience in the store was warm and nostalgic. Lots of great food items in addition to steaks available. But first, the steak was phenomenal, actually tasted like beef. We scored a few steaks, a Wagyu burger, and because we were new to RBS, they gifted a pack of 10 Wagyu dumplings...so tasty. I've added pics of the store that show the variety of food ie sausages, cheese, pickles, pot pies, seasonings and pepper dude. If you need ideas for holiday gifts, or birthdays, RBS should be a top pick.
