Came home to a very well done first clean with The Cleaning Authority. I’ve never been able to get my carpets vacuumed as well as they did.

They didn’t have the right cleaning agents for my oven but said they will come back next time and complete free of charge.

Very happy overall with the level of service provided.

My second appointment made a difference. I cannot recall if I was informed of how much time they have to clean during each appointment. I attempt to clean my home myself the best I can, but the areas I miss seem to take a few cleaning appointments before I notice the difference. I did not receive my checklist of what was done on my last appointment, but did get a personal note wishing me a Merry Christmas. My greatest joy is seeing the appliances sparkle again from top to bottom! Even two days later I still smile when I look at them! Thank you to The Cleaning Authority 🙂

The Cleaning Authority comes every second week to clean my house. The employees are lovely and they do a really good job overall, going above and beyond when it’s needed. Val, at the office, is always very helpful and accommodating if we need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. I have used a number of other cleaning services in the past and this is the only one I have stuck with.
