Newly renovated, with new owners who are doing their absolute best. Staff was attentive and engaging while we waited. Came in with a larger party so we felt a bit rushed. When it was my turn, before I could say no thanks I had fake tips glued on. I guess it's full gel then. When asked about the length and I asked for way shorter, the techs swapped and the new one didn't ask or cut shorter.
After filing and sanding the only cleanup of the debris all over your hands is a stiff nail brush, then lotion to help the grit stay between your fingers. When I mentioned a simple design (literally something outside that everyone sees daily) they had to look up a YouTube tutorial, and added all the additional details from that video after I asked them not to.
When going in for a fill a couple weeks later (have to give a second try in case it was an off day) the same grit was left on hands. Four of my nail beds were drilled into with the Dremel, one drawing a noticeable amount of blood. I skipped asking for a design at all.
Others have great things to say, so please do try this new business out for yourself, but I think I'm ok painting my own nails at home.

Got my nails done by the owner Jennifer exactly one ago. I was charged $65 (plus GST & tip - boom $75) and after getting home I inspected my nails in better lighting. Two of my nails are oval and the rest are almond shaped and the sides are all over the place. The polish it self has lumps and bumps (which my camera couldn’t capture but they’re there!) and the polish is so far away from my cuticles (which by the way she “did” cut my cuticles (they look trimmed to me hey - NOT). I’ll need another fill by the weekend which I usually get fills every 3rd week. Oh AND the gel polish still feels soft and if I push on it with my nail it dents (WTH?!?!) this tells me the products they use is super cheap.

I understand this place is under new ownership however the salon isn’t up to standard not even a little. Her husband walks around chatting up the customers and picking out colours that was nothing I wanted. I now feel like he chats up the customers to distract the customer from paying attention to the bad work being done.

Nope I’d say this is the worst place in Airdrie and for the price they are charging go to the posh chain salons because the work done here isn’t worth the high prices PERIOD!

Before heading out of the country for a month, I got my nails done at Azura Nails & Spa, and I can’t express how relieved I was to have chosen them. It was absolutely imperative that my nails stayed flawless throughout my entire trip, and they did not disappoint. The cat eye nails were stunning—this place always has the latest colors and styles, so you’re guaranteed to find something unique and on-trend.

My nails lasted a little more than a month and looked perfect the whole time, with no chips or lifting, even after weeks of travel. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, I highly recommend you do. Not only does Jennifer do an amazing job, but she also works efficiently, which I really appreciate. Some places take forever and the results are just average, but here, you get perfect nails without wasting your time.

The owner is friendly and kind, making every visit a pleasant experience. It took me a while to write this review, but I had to share how impressed I was. If you want beautiful, long-lasting nails and great service, this is the place to go.

I'm OBSESSED with my nails!! Jennifer picked the perfect red shade for me and her art designs are incredible! Lyn is equally as amazing with great attention to detail & amazing energy! I can’t wait to get back and I highly recommend!!!

My mom and I went to get our nails done together and the experience wasn’t good. However, once expressed to the owner about what happened, she offered us a chance to get them redone and to book in with her instead. Jennifer was very nice and fixed up our nails. She was also apologetic about her other nail techs. I would recommend booking in with Jennifer!!

im new to getting nails . i loved my experience! the owner and her husband is lovely 🩷 they even gave my son a freeze for being such a good kid waiting for momma! highly recommend i’ll be back next time we are in airdrie !
