The new owner Jessica Lin, had informed me I could do a trail for my son from 8am-10am to ensure he likes the centre and it is a good fit for him and after the trail I could send over payment and secure his spot.. then emails me at 10am as I am walking out the door from the trail that SHE gave me the okay to let him have informing me since I sound unsure and want him to have ONE trail day she is kicking him out and giving up his spot to another child. Very poor communication, as a centre that says they care for children and then gives up their spot the second you want to let your child have a transition couple hours to make sure they are happy and kicks them out is VERY concerning to me. I’ve been in lots of daycares that enforce trail days as it’s very important for a child to have a trail and adjust to the new space and ensure they are happy there. I had brought all my sons stuff to the centre as he was expected to start full day tomorrow and now he is just left kicked out with no spot on less than 24 hours notice because his parents wanted to see the centre and how he does in it. Why are they so against the parents seeing how the child does inside the centre Major red flag… the number one concern of this centre is money not children. Beware.

No knowledge of first aid: My son fell, had an open wound near his eyes there treatment was alcohol 😢 secondly, they transitioned my son to preschool without informing us parents. In our experience, teachers were really great, I feel
Like they are overwork but they are amazing with kids. Although Director and Owner (management part) are subpar, doesnt see the importance of proper communication and connecting with parents regarding childs development. I dont recommend this for profit daycare at all. We are now in a non-profit center. Choose wisely.

This is one of the best day cares there can be. I have tried multiple, but this one was a great experience not just for my kid but for me as parent as well. Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Kudos to the team and Patty.

My daughter enjoys her time at Crestview. From the songs she sings and dances she shows us, we can tell she has been having educational fun days with a professional team.

My little guy wants to go every day after he wakes up. I love the App they use which sends me daily updates, photos and is easy to reach the team and communicate. Highly recommend.

I had my child in this day care not long ago, I would highly recommend Crestview to any parent. The care and love he was given from the staff and the owner was amazing, you will not find another child care centre that truly cares about your children.

My son used to be in this kindergarten. The kindergarten was clean, and very helpful, because my son had separation anxiety. He cried every day. Thank you, teacher!

My daughter once spent two years there before and really enjoyed everything there. She often says she misses her teachers and classmates a lot. Strongly recommend it!
