I am extremely disappointed. I have been trying to contact the owner since the last day my child was enrolled to request a payment receipt for tax purposes, but Leah simply does not respond to my numerous messages or answer my calls. I have even gone there in person twice, but they said she was not available. I left a message, yet she never called back. This has been four months of constant follow-ups with no response. I have also seen other reviews mentioning the same issue. I truly hope this review will finally get me a response.

That being said, my child had a good experience at this daycare. The caregivers are lovely and always took great care of the children. I also appreciated having direct contact with the owner whenever needed—at least while my child was enrolled. It’s unfortunate that such a positive experience has been overshadowed by this frustrating lack of professionalism.

Our 3 year old has been attending this daycare for the past 2 years. While I do agree with the previous review regarding the poor communication, I would say this only pertains to the director. I suspect this is because she is extremely busy running a busy daycare facility. So it’s understandable.
My child loves this daycare and his teachers are very caring and attentive.
They have healthy, hearty meals daily and I love the Montessori programming.
I have had several other of my children in different daycares over the years and I must say that none of them have displayed the same level of knowledge and independence at this age.

My kids have been attending this Center for the last 3 years and we have had such a great experience! Leah and all the teachers are so wonderful with the kids. My kids have learned so much from being there. They do so much with them that actually teaches them life skills. I am so happy to have found such a great daycare center so I can drop my kids off and know they are in great hands all day.

I cannot express how pleased and grateful I am to the owner and staff of this daycare. Their passion and commitment to growth of the kids in their care is truly admirable. My daughter has been going to Montessori since she was 4 and I truly appreciate every single thing the centre does.

My son did his preprimary at the school and was set up for great success when he transitioned to the public school system. The kids enjoy many unique experiences and have learned many practical skills under Leah’s care. I am grateful for the support the Montessori has shown our family on more than one occasion.

Started sending my son here at 16 months old in the Spring. It started out okay while he was in the infant room but things quickly fell apart moving into the toddler room over the summer. Lann and Thandi were awesome in the infant room. Eventually they left and they hired more staff. The staff turnover is ridiculous but reasonable as I have heard many conversations from staff about not being paid or treated right. After a few months, my son became very upset going to this daycare and it was very apparent he wasn't being treated right. He came home with a terrible rash and lesions from diapers being applied wayyy too tight. Many times I picked him up in poopy diapers where I had to change him myself.

The owner is nuts and needs to start following regulations. She had a parent meeting after the daycare was shut down from violations. The "meeting" involved her just ranting and complaining about not following the regulations that every day is expected to follow. The common denominator here is clearly the owner and just being lazt because the other daycares have no problem following rules.

My son has since switched to a new daycare and is incredibly happy as am I. Get your children out of Montessori while you can and never look back.

I highly recommend Montessouri House of Learning ! Our family has known Leah since 2013 when she first started her Montessouri Day Home. Both my children attended her learning centre and they LOVED IT SO MUCH ! 🙏 I always felt at ease leaving my girls there for the day , I knew they were in good hands. 🙏🙏🙏 Thank you Leah for the peace of mind
