I bought a pedal assist ebike and they helped me get set up with some accessories. All of my questions were answered and I was only recommended useful accessories, no gimmicks. They set everything up for me right in the shop and even showed me how to make any adjustments I might need. I'm looking forward to hitting the trails and looking for new places to explore.

I was vacationing at Oastler Provincial Park when my hydraulic brakes failed. I brought my bike into the shop on the rare chance that they would have time to fix it. Little did I know that there was a bike race coming up and the staff was swamped with tune ups. Even through that was the case, Kevin and the woman at the front counter (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name), squeezed me in and had my bike up and braking again within an hour or so! I could not thank them enough! Very nice team! Would recommend and will be back! Also, if Franklin is in the shop, would 100% recommend giving him belly rubs!

A lovely, quaint, clean, and welcoming bike shop in Parry Sound! Very thankful for them as they have saved me a few times especially since there is no other shop around! Fern in particular was very professional and cool. Their group rides are also epic with a great turnout!

I picked up a Tacx trainer today! Buying off season while there is inventory. These guys have a nice selection of product for men and women. Pricing is very reasonable and service is amazing. If you are in the area you have to stop by.

Was lucky enough to find the bike I was looking for. Not far from home at this shop PSB. Was surprised at the stock and selection apon arrival. Not just of bikes but all the odds and ends as well. The staff knows there stuff and are great people. Would definitely recommend shopping here. Keep it local and support the businesses that keep small towns alive.

Thomas and Aleesha are incredible! This store has everything you need for cross-country skiing and biking. Their service is excellent and they will take great care of your bikes. The group rides are well attended with three different pace groups in the summer. Easily our favourite store in Parry Sound!
