Amazing facility! Don’t listen to the people crying about price on here. The membership for the weight room alone is worth the cost. Listen, I moved from a community whose gym was 1/8 the size of this. I am so grateful for such a beautiful and modern facility so close. Let’s not forget to mention what you get for that membership - towels in the gym, lockboxes for your keys, all sorts of new equipment, access to ALL of their fitness classes (you don’t pay extra), pickleball drop in, use of the field house gym, and even free skate rentals during family ice skating times!! There’s prob more I’ve already forgotten. I think this is EXCELLENT. And if you want to save some $$ they have a membership discount sale the end of August every year.

We spend lots of time here doing lacrosse tournaments, games and practices. The facility is always very clean and well taken care of

Apparently they don’t set up chairs for the concerts they host. Too bad they didn’t let people know this when they put tickets on sale. Absolutely pathetic and ridiculous planning. We’re in our late 60’s and they expect us to stand for 2 hours. Not many brain cells went into the planning!

For a gym membership, the Energy Centre is way too expensive for the average person, implementing absurd rules such as “no chalk” while there’s 2-3 employees sitting around and never cleaning.

Additionally, the hours of the gym (starting at 6AM only) is not acceptable, especially for those who start their day quite early. I do not recommend!
