I love all the staff here. They are so friendly and helpful. The service is always awesome. Dr. J is very caring an helpful. Kat is my favourite cat🐱 for treatments. Very relaxing and always a great visit.

This is a fabulous clinic!! From Kat and her knowledge of skincare, she has in more ways than once helped me with some serious issues. I have had numerous procedures from Dr. Jackson and he is amazing!!!! Totally recommend this clinic to everyone.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I have worked in medicine and thought the seemingly laid back staff would be a good fit. Staff lost my info several times, the " psychologist " let slip she was actually a GP with some extra courses and the " doctor" refused me treatment because he didn't believe " my diagnosis" ( which was later surgically biopsied and confirmed not once but three times. I would think twice, especially when I hear staff and someone's wife talking about cases and belittling patients in the wait room with other patients waiting to be seen. There are far better doctors out there who will work harder and be more discreet unfortunately they aren't " just down the street" side note: Dr. Bruner however is very much worth seeing, unfortunately she has been fully booked in the past.

Awesome addition to Didsbury! I am super budget conscious, but feel like I’m always treated like a million bucks when I come in. Prices of products are on par with amazon and other online retailers. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

This doctor is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctor. However his talents do not transcend over to aesthetics. I was so bloody and bruised when I left you'd think I was in a fight. When the swelling went down I still had a huge black eye that never went away. I went to another clinic that said the "black eye" was actually the blue dye in the product he uses which was injected too close to the surface. This new doctor in Airdrie took out all the Silverfern fillers for free, and straigtened out the lopsided look Silverfern gave me. If nothing else, Silverfern helped me find a great cosmetic place in Airdrie (Renew) and made me realize that cosmetic procedures are not for me!

Dr. Jackson is an unprofessional doctor who doesn't believe Covid is real. Dr. Jackson has publicly posted several articles denouncing Covid and public health protocols. He cannot to be trusted to follow medical science to treat your medical conditions. Dr. Jackson seems more interested in profiting from your wallet off of cosmetic procedures than really helping his patients.
