I bought a new Fatboy Lo from these guys basically sight unseen as I live in Vancouver and it was worth the deal to drive to Lloydminster to get it. From the first contact to the loading of the bike in my truck it was a great experience all around. The free gear and friendly family service made the run to get the bike worthwhile. I wish they were closer as they would get the service business as well. The bike was ready as promised, when promised and with all the take-offs from the customization that i ordered boxed up and ready to go. Without a doubt one of the best HD dealerships there is! Nice work gentlemen !

I was visiting Lloyminster and noticed I was missing a couple very important bolts on my Harley Deluxe.. holding on my backrest!!! The awesome guys in the service department came out, saw what I was needing and proceeded to fix my bike. It wasn't a simple remedy, but they went out of their way to help me get back on the road. This dealer is fantastic! All the way from their floor staff, parts and service gents, sales and financing, and up to the owners/management team. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone and the service I have everytime I've been through that door. I would recommend anyone in western Canada to use Edge Harley as their Harley Davidson dealer. You don't find many dealers where the owner drives hundreds of km's throughout the night to pick up a customers bike when they ran into mechanical issues. Ontop of that, giving them a loaner to finish the riding season. I bought my first harley from Clint and his team, and will continue coming here for anything HD related!

Very poor service. Brought bike for service for appointment not started 3 hours later. Called today for help, all they were worried about was how much they could charge if I brought the bike, not if they could do what I wanted done. I will go to any other Harley dealer before trying these guys again.
