I did an interview with Taryn and honestly, I lost interest for the interview about 3 questions in.

Why hire these types of companies to hire for positions that they don't even have the first clue about? Taryn was hired by a company that was hiring for a Digital Marketing position and the questions she asked were terrible. And when I would answer, all she could reply with was "Understandable". She would ask me questions that would put someone in a vulnerable position, such as asking why they're leaving their current job and reply with "Understandable." No depth to her responses. Felt like I was talking to a robot. She would ask me questions that didn't make sense. "Can you tell me more about your experience with SEO, and your experience with Digital Marketing?" Those are 2 completely different worlds. Which part of that question do you really want me to answer?

I was getting quite frustrated and she could probably tell that I was giving up on giving good answers. I pretty much just wanted to end the call asap and just started answering questions pretty vaguely. Took time off from my current job to do this interview for a job I was initially excited about, to being absolutely turned off and never want to be contacted again.

I have better communication with my Ex Wife than with HR performance & “results”

(And I only talk to the ex wife every 3 months)

If I need “results” I would use someone else.

disappointed, after 3 interviews ( 2 with HR Performance & Results and last one with company), no one reply to me, i called and sent follow up emails, No response, not a professional way to deal with people.
