Hopefully your staff are more knowledgeable about the safety of their equip than they are about road safety, driving almost 30 km/h over the speed limit is not safe on our highways. To the staff driving a white pickup with the spectrum group logo on highway17 W this morning- slow down!!

Our hunt group has rented Motorola walkies from Spectrum for some years and their devices normally worked well. They were always set to one channel to make them foolproof. But not so this year. After 1600kms travel to our destination (2100km for one member) we discovered that, although one charger was not operative and one cable would not fit any charger, the worst part was that the walkies would NOT WORK whatsoever. No communication between any of the 4 units. This was even outside our cabin - not deep in the woods and its not like we hadn't used the same model for years.
So our $20,000 hunt trip was blown up due to inoperative communications which is mandatory under the law for moose hunting. We were restricted to hunting within a few kms of the nearest hamlet that had a cell tower for our phones. However all the action for the hunt was 50kms north of that so we were snookered. The rental fee means nothing compared the real expenses of taking such a trip and losing time off from running our businesses/medical practice. The moral of the story is: check the gear you rent from Spectrum before departing. We will never get that annual event back.

Absolutely love this ISP!! Great service and very good pricing. Definitely a solid provider to those who want to cut the cable TV cord and no longer need or want a telephone landline. If you want just great internet then definitely look into this!

Internet service lately is down more than it works. Have spent all of August 5th with no internet service. Internet was down from August 5th to August 11th because no one could come until today (August 15th). Internet came back up on the afternoon of August 11th by itself then went out on August 12th for about 1hour then came on. It went out again just before spectrum showed up today. Put a new aerial and​ power box. We'll see if this fixes the problem. Hope so.🇨🇦

When I ask to have my internet disconnected at the end of the month and then gets disconnected the next day even though I paid for the month doesn't make you look very professional. Dont think I'll be using this service again after that.
