We’ve worked with DEP on multiple projects for our commercial building, and the experience has been excellent across the board. The quality of work, timely delivery, and professionalism was obvious. Alex goes above and beyond—regularly visiting the job site, maintaining open and proactive communication, and offering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

The crew is equally impressive—friendly, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in what they do. It’s been a pleasure working with them.

Completed work includes:
- A 15’x20’ soundproof demising wall between units
- A 1,500 sqft office showroom for product display
- Three fully finished washrooms
- A new roof access point
- Flooring, T-bar ceiling, ceiling tiles, and other interior touch-ups
- Several additional projects currently underway

We had a deck attached to our house, but a design flaw led to significant water damage that compromised the structural integrity of our home. After reaching out to DEP for repairs, which involved replacing several joists, insulation, drywall, and siding, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results.

Alex and Sam were exceptionally professional, addressing all our questions with transparency and providing clear, honest insight into the scope of work. The crew was outstanding - prompt, courteous, and incredibly efficient, ensuring the project was completed on time.

DEP crew came in to help around Peterborough after the ice storm. One of the crews spent the day working through our emergency issues so that we can make it until the insurance figures out the whole claim. The crew was great. Worked hard. Explained what they were doing. Got it done. Cleaned everything up. Nice guys. If they were here instead of based in Sudbury we would hire them to do more work.

DEP has an amazing team working for them. I dealt with Alex who was beyond phenomenal. From start to finish I have no complaints. Alex lead the job and had great recommendations for other local companies to finish the shower in our bathroom. The work from DEP along with other contractors shows in our bathroom. Alex also had great suggestions to help with costs of certain materials while still maintaining high quality products. I would highly recommend DEP Construction to family and friends for any renovations. I would hire them again 🙂

Sam and his crew arrived on Monday April 7/25 after the big ice storm of March 29/25.
They were incredibly efficient and hard working in patching the hole in the roof, checking for structural damage in the attic and removing and cutting and piling downed branches.
We would very definitely recommend their services.
