I recently hired Smooth Moves for junk removal and to help assemble some new furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. Amazing experience with Smooth Moves! The team was honest, professional and handled my belongings with great care. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. They lie and say they wrap everything and keep it all safe. They don't. They treated my stuff like junk. Not ok.

In response to your reply, Bea Anne is my name I use for email. Of course it wouldn't show up.

Regardless, what i said was true. And there's no way to "make it right". None of my stuff was wrapped. None of my stuff was moved with care. Those are the facts. It's not like you're going to replace it all, so what's the point?

Highly recommend this company! Friendly and kind staff who replied promptly to my calls. I was in a bind, they were super busy but squeezed me in last minute and were so professional . I don’t know how they moved my heavy cabinets with such ease and care. Super impressed and will be keeping their contact for any future needs😊

Had a very wonderful move with Smooth Moves! Although they were running late, they had enough courtesy to call and let me know and apologize. When they arrived they were quick, kind and very thorough to make sure they did everything we needed. They unloaded just a quickly and even put thing thoughtfully in the new location (dining table in the dining room, television in a safe stop, etc.). Thank you guys very much! It was such a stress load off for us, and at a reasonable price as well!
