I do actually really love this pool, I just don't understand how they operate. Every time I go in to swim with my son and nephews it's always a different price. One time I was charged $11, one time $18, one time $27. This is for one adult and three children, one of whom is under two. I'm never changing the amount of people I come with but the price keeps changing and no one gives me an actual reason why. That $27 day was really rough though. I really don't think it should cost almost $30 for an adult and two kids to go swimming, because I'm told my son gets in free because he's under two. Yes I'm from Smiths Falls so I know I'm out of town and that costs more but it still doesn't explain all the different pricing that happens. On top of that, they are quite often not open when the schedule says that they are. The amount of times I've headed out on the road with the kids in tow to head to the pool only to get a note on my GPS that the place is closed and then I call and there's no answer. I understand that life happens and sometimes things can't open when they're supposed to, but this happens at least once a month it seems. I think there should be a real attention paid to making sure that the schedule is up to date and accurate. I think there should be proper pricing listed for people and I think that families should receive a discount when they go swimming together. The economy is so expensive right now that paying almost $30 for two kids and adult to go swimming for an hour seems quite unreasonable.

It's a great pool for everyone to enjoy, young and old !! Life guards make it safe for all. A great place for kids.

i had jumped in the pool and got a lot of chlorine up my nose and it burned alot..... id prefer natural sea water

We attend almost every day of the week for swim team. The facilities are clean and staff are friendly.

Have done a round of swimming classes with our young one here. Very clean. Instructors seem very good. It's a touch chaotic switching between groups of classes.

Staff is welcoming, swim lessons are budget-friendly.The facility may be a bit dated, but it effectively serves its purpose.
Warm pool is a hit with my kiddo!

Great place, the staff are nice, the pool is big although the therapeutic area has so many toys it attracts kids which i guess is fine, but when a group of kids go in there its not really nice because it gets so loud and there is a very high chance of getting hit in the head.

I would say an excellent public pool. The pool was clean, the staff was friendly and safety oriented. I will definitely be back.
