Friday, August 15, service went out while watching the Jays, called service at 8 pm and they sent a tech out and had me up and running again by 9pm. Great customer service. Fast, friendly, and professional.

Friday Aug. 15, 2025 at 6:30pm I was walking on Tiny Beaches rd S when a pick up truck began following me, honking and being inappropriate. I was scared to say the least. I was very lucky to come across 3 Swoop Fiber Internet employees who came to my rescue. These 3 men took care of me and got me to my car, even waiting for me to begin driving to ensure my safety. The BIGGEST shout out to our local SWOOP Fibre! They contacted me, stating they were seeing some issues with my internet. Their crew showed up less than 24 hours later and resolved the issues, and have determined I was not getting a fast enough speed (I had no idea). One of the crew that showed up today was a LOCAL high school student on his co-op....super personable, thorough, and knowledgeable! I cannot say enough about the superior service of this local company. Don't be swayed by Rogers who have been coming around, there is absolutely no comparison to service and product!! FIVE STARS!!

We've had Swoop for almost 6 months and have had no issues with speed or consistency. We regularly receive 500 mb/s in speed and above on my my cell, as compared to Rogers where I paid for 1.5 and only ever received 25mb/s maximum. We have 39 devices on our network and again, runs consistent speeds.

In the pics, youll see my Rogers speed test vs. Swoop Speed Test on my cell. Significant difference!

My home PC runs at 975 mb/s and above.

Most importantly, SwoopFiber is a local Elmvale Business with local people working there. I support them 100%.

My internet was cut with construction and old provider couldn’t get it fixed for days. Swoop was here the same day, installed and up and running. Service and customer support have been fantastic. Should have made the switch much sooner.

Swoop rocks! From the office staff to the installation (woo hoo and shout out to Andrew, the “Aussie”), this has been a great experience. Customer service is second-to-none. And high speed internet at affordable rates….a must for locals to consider and investigate. You will NOT be disappointed!!
