We love Gallery Dental! The building is modern and exceptionally clean. All the staff are so friendly, accommodating and remarkable with children. Our 3yr old had a wonderful first to the dentist! Also, Aaron gave us the most painless dental experience we've ever had. We couldn't recommend him enough!

I was expecting a full blown meltdown going in with my three year old who doesn’t warm to adults quickly. The hygienist we had, Brooklyn, was absolutely amazing. She let him set the limits, and go a millimetere over what he was comfortable with so he left happy and thinking the dentist is great and I left knowing my sons teeth are healthy. Couldn’t recommend more.
I’ve also gone for myself and had superb service, and even started flossing regularly after a hygienist gave me a very informative talk about it.

Rude support staff.
Called to seek help with a tooth that needed pulled or a root canal.
Had to call several times and they don’t answer their phone. When I did get ahold of them they didn’t know what was going on. They couldn’t tell me when they could see me.
All they said is they would talk to their team and let me know… what kind of receptionist doesn’t even know how to book an appointment? She simply said she would have to talk to her team and would call me back and hung up.
She did call me back to tell me that quote “they weren’t an emergency dentist and they couldn’t help me.”
What? I have a tooth that needs looked at… how is that an emergency
I didn’t ask them to look at it in a timely manor. I just wanted an appointment to fix my tooth.
I apologize for misunderstanding but I thought that’s what dentists did…
Apparently they don’t want new customers.
If you’re looking for a new dentist, would advise to look for a dentist that actually wants you, and that is actually in the service of fixing teeth cause they are apparently not.

I have been to a lot of dentists in my life. This dental office is great. They are very thorough with exams, have tools I haven't seen at other offices and everyone seems extremely knowledgeable. It is a clean and modern office and staff are very friendly.

Aaron Snidal is a disgrace to the dental practice. Not only was he impolite and ignorant to converse with, but he is unknowledgeable in implementing basic and routine dental procedures to the point where he was in favour of jeopardizing the health of the patient. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering having him as a dentist, to look elsewhere to satisfy your dental needs.
