My sister and I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Bell Aura. It was SO wonderful! Barb was so kind and accommodating, the whole space was very cozy, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. If I find myself in Carman again, I know where I'll be staying!

My wife and I stayed overnight. Bed was comfortable. This is a converted church and has many antique items around.
Barbara, the host, put on a country style breakfast fit for a king. Anyone would be happy to stay here.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Barbara, the owner, is one of the coolest, most interesting people I've ever met! My sister and I stayed for one night, and she was so much fun to talk too! She gave us a tour of the entire place, showing us each room (which she has themed and named after books or authors!) and telling us the history. We stayed in the Gable - Junior room. The beds were comfy, towels were soft, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Our breakfast was freshly made for us, while we chatted with her all morning. She even had fresh raspberries picked for us! We also learned that she even does murder mystery parties, with costumes and decorations too. She offers yoga in a studio downstairs on certain days too. It was an awesome price for everything and the experience alone was worth it. Overall, an amazing place to stay and we plan on going back!

I had a pleasant stay! Love how the bed was so comfy! The antique decorations from Barbara is amazing! A very unique place to stay. Barbara is a great host and a pleasant lady to talk to.
I'll definitely come back for another retreat.

My husband, toddler and I just stayed over for 1 night. We had a wedding to attend in the area. The room was very comfortable and the host was so lovely and welcoming. The room was clean. Bathrooms are shared between guests and they were very spacious and clean as well. The common area is classic and beautiful, it has a Victorian feel to it. Only downside is there is no AC for the hot summer months but there are fans all over the building and in each room. Temperature was comfortable for the night but if you are one of those people that like a cool room, you may want to keep that in mind.

Breakfast buffet in the morning was absolutely DELICIOUS. The rhubarb and the banana muffins where moist and the best i have ever had by far. Second to none. Everything was just so perfect (bacon, eggs, oatmeal, fruit platter, fresh orange juice).

The host was also so accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed for my toddler. I would give 10 stars if I could. Why stay at hotel? This is home away from home. Will certainly be back!

We were staying to geocache in the area. I would highly recommend this B&B for this. Barbara is probably the greatest host we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Her food preparation is something that you need to experience and her conversational skills are second to none. The building and it's contents are a treasure trove of the past, be sure to make time to explore it.

I have a couple of groups of friends that visit Bell Aura on a regular basis. We love it there for it casual homey atmosphere. Barbara is a great host with a very full personality and is a great cook. It feels like going home when we book for the weekend. Great for family gatherings or friendship weekends!

Fabulous time great price. We did a murder mystery dinner and the food and everything was amazing. Barb is a fantastic host as well her family to. Breakfast was great to. The place is an old church which is very beautifully decorated.
