I had a great experience purchasing my new Ford Explorer from this dealership. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. My salesperson Paul was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, had it out front ready for a test drive when we got there.

What impressed me was the extra effort they put in after the sale — they ordered my 3rd row mat and personally dropped it off to me in the city, saving me a trip back to the dealership. That level of customer service goes a long way, and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend Carman Ford!

GERRY!!!! We made it back home with perfect steering column (manifold thing) Carman Ford is the place to go for vehicle trouble, everyone! The mechanics are great and Gerry was awesome. We're from Orangeville (Laurel) Ontario, and drive hours from Wawa without power steering. Gerry gave us a loaner car so we could attend our grandson's graduation and dinner and overnight in the Crescent Moon hotel next door almost. Thanks Carman Ford! You and everyone there were so kind and helpful.

I am not a fan of their 30 minute oil changes or it's free. The last three changes on my truck resulted in the oil life monitor not being reset. This is minor but with the time restraint put on the technician it opens the door to something more serious being missed. If they loose that 30 min change plan I will return with my vehicle oil change needs.

Took the car for detail. Explained I want it cleaned especially between the seats and console and the dust out of the back. Explained I have no problem paying extra. I mentioned this to the guy that called to reschedule the appointment and the woman that drove me home. She was pleasant and said she would relay this information again. The vehicle was there from 10-2 and it was not clean. I went back in and had the service advisor come out and look.. I said I had no problem paying extra if it meant more time.. $80 and I could have done what they did in 20 mins. Save your money and do it yourself!!!
And the deflecting of responsibility by the service advisor.. saying I didn’t explain what I wanted and that I shouldnt have told the lady that dropped me off because that’s not her department.. basically trying to blame me for their horrible service
