Went to emergency with my partner who had food poisoning, the entire experience was fantastic & beyond helpful! Had blood tests taken & an IV within an hour of being there. The nurses & doctors were so friendly & helpful! We were in & out of there within 4 hours. He also was prescribed some medication to help after the visit which was even better! Thank you Dr. Shahrokh Nejad Ghaffar & the nurses that helped us! 🙂

This hospital is BY FAR THE BEST hospital in Manitoba! They are always so kind, patient and friendly. You feel different from the minute you enter. They must be staffed appropriately, because they are all so happy! They all seem to genuinely enjoy their job and the people they work with.

I was scheduled for a procedure next month but accidentally showed up a month early… ooops!!! They looked into the mistake and figured it out within minutes. Then they asked me to wait while they did some additional checking because as luck would have it, my surgeon just happened to be there. Within the hour I was in the preop area getting my IV put in! My doctor agreed to fit me in during her break because they felt bad that I had driven so far and didn’t want to turn me away.

Each person I interacted with was so pleasant and kind. The next day the hospital called me at home to see how I was doing. Asked if I had any concerns or questions and just wanted to make sure I was okay. What hospital does that?!?!?!

Any other hospital would have turned me away and not thought twice about it… given it was my mistake that I was there a month early. They were so sweet, they even apologized for the hour wait while they sorted it out.

I will make the 2 hour drive again and again everyday as needed to be treated so kindly and professionally.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday at this amazing hospital! I was hesitant about going there but it took 45 minutes to get there. I live in Winnipeg Which is nothing. I got into the pre-op right away. My nurse Kathy was awesome. Got prepped then to the OR. The nurses and anaesthesiologist were so nice and comforting. They started the process and it seemed like 2 minutes later I was in the recovery room. I didn’t catch the name of the nurse there but she was also amazing. I,would recommend this gem for any procedure you might need. My appointment was 8:30 and I was back home by 11:30 am. Best medical experience I’ve ever had. Bravo Carman!

I do have to say that the carmen hospital staff are freaking amazing. Not just amazing, but freaking amazing. Their Healthcare aides and nurse stay with their patients. They are never gone for more than 10 mins. If I had to give them a scale rating from 1 to 10. For me it would be a 20.

Dr. Roberts, anasthesiologist Travis, nurses, receiption desk specialist - you are awesome! Fantastic experience of having colonoscopy there. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Excellent!

If you are refered here for a surgery with Dr.crook RUN AWAY DO NOT APPEAR DO NOT WORK WITH HIM

I went in for a toe surgery after this hospital messed up an appointment and booked me with a doctor who was not available I ended up getting a different surgery then I was intended to with dr crook

He did not fill out my work form I needed to prove I was there and what injuries I would have and accommodation I would need.

He did not alert me my toe would be gnarled and in bandages for 3 months and swollen for 3 months more.

Ever since this horrific event I've had significantly more health issues then I have ever had and the doctor has not returned my calls.

Super friendly nursing staff. Quick and to the point. We were in and out in about an hour.(without feeling like we were being brushed off or unimportant) had a great doctor! No complaints!
