they have very helpful advice, great service and responses, and what seems ti be wonderful products. have not had enough time to see it work in my cloudy pond to clarify and clean, but is highly recommended so we are expectant. if it works well in our small pond we have a large one to tackle next!

Great customer support. Forgot that I needed more Muck Remover. Ran out last fall and forgot about it. Friendly reminder Email from Clean Water was what I needed as I only order a small amount once a year. They even delayed the delivery for a week for when I was going to be home. Will be buying from them next year for sure.

The start of the process and consultation was very informative but the follow through left something to be desired. We ordered liner and underlay and we’re told it was coming from the Warehouse in Winnipeg. After days of non-answered calls and emails we received the tracking number and we were shocked to see the order was shipped from Kelowna. Our weekend project was scuttled and we had to change our plans. The pump and skimmer were ordered from other retailers in B.C. & the Atlantic coast a few days after our order with this store and both showed up on time. Very knowledgeable but abysmal customer service. We will not ever shop here again. The 2 stars are for the consultation process otherwise this would be a zero.
