Okay so I never visited this place as a client but rather applied for work here and I feel like my time was totally wasted and not respected. I applied for an entry level role,they called me on a Friday while I was out grocery shopping at 3 pm. I didn't pick up the call because no one even contacted me to set up a time for a call which I feel is the bare minimum. I also didn't answer because I don't know the number and with so many scam calls nowadays I feel like companies should know better. I get an email to contact them back and I did via the email,asking them to let me know what time and date works. No response,and a week went by and they call me again at 3 pm on a Wednesday while I was in an appointment. I didn't take the call and got the same email and I double checked that their information is correct on the email and sent another email to confirm my interest and asked to set a time while also explaining why I didn't take their call.
Again no response and a week went by and they called me again on Friday at 5 pm. I didn't see they called but again got the email that this was the last attempt. I again responded to that email as well as filling up a contact us form on their website to ask HR to set up a time and date to talk. This was 2 weeks ago and you can guess that I didn't get a call back. I'm sorry but if you're applying to work here it seems they have no respect for people's time. Job search can be hard enough as it is without companies making you feel bad about not picking a call from a number you don't know and then totally ignoring your attempts to contact them back,they wasted my time and their own because a simple text or email to set up a phone interview could have been done within a few days and over with.
