Had Jason come in and diagnose a problem with a washer for an AirBnB. Said it was a lock switch. He ordered it and installed it. Paid him $400 and Washer did not work after his repair . Tried to get him back in to Rectify the issue but could not get ahold of him. We have been without a washer for our guests for weeks and ended up buying a new washer as Jason is very unreliable and we could not wait any longer. I would stay away from his company if you need work done fast and reliable.

I booked an appointment online in a few minutes, and the website has a wealth of information. I was given a 4 hour window during which the technician should arrive. Indeed, I received a message from Jason 30 minutes before he arrived, and he was right on time. He identified the problem with the oven, confirmed the availability of the parts, presented me with a quote, and confirmed that I'm okay with the price before he proceeded to do the work. I really appreciate that as there were no surprises with the price at the end of the service. Within 20 minutes, he got the part and replaced it in the oven. He also tested it to make sure that I wouldn't run into issues later on. Amazing service, very professional, and I would absolutely call him again if I need another appliance repaired.

This experience is EXACTLY how an appliance repair job should flow. Jason was on time, very knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He even offered advice on both the washer and dryer; advice I didn't know before! The booking process is done online and easy to navigate. I know, not a REAL person to speak with, but Jason got back to me shortly after to verify my appointment. When he looked at my washer, he told me that I needed a part and the rough time it would be in. He also told me how much the total would be. And, you know what, the part came in the timeframe he said, and he booked an appointment in the same day! And, the price did.....not.....change! Absolutely worth a call!

I made booking via their website for servicing my washer dryer. I was not sure if this would work since I could not speak to anyone on the phone. However I got an email confirmation immediately after. On the day of service, Jason gave a call 30 mins before the visit.

There was a burning rubber smell coming from the washer. Jason did a full inspection and found the belt to be dry causing slip under heavy load. He used a solvent on the belt to fix the issue.
