So I’ve been coming to visit my father here in Newfoundland a couple of times every cab told me it’s nine dollars anywhere in town. I ended up going to the bar last night taking a cab home. I asked the driver how much the ride was and he said $15, I told him that I was told anyone in town was nine dollars and he said no it’s 15 so I called the cab company this morning. They told me anywhere in town is nine dollars. I informed them on what happened and they basically blew me off so just to let people know If you’re a tourist cab company will rip you off. Unfortunate how this young Indian boy is taking advantage of Canadians

Best cab service in the Stephenville area. Khalid and his team of drivers are customer oriented, have a huge sense of urgency along with being extremely professional. They offer great services such as deliveries, shuttle services to airports and any other service you may require. You can always them a call and receive a quote.

I love this cab! I came from Ontario to visit my parents, my first flight was canceled and then every other time I was given was delayed or changed. They had my flight number and kept an eye on when I would be arriving and someone was there waiting when I arrived.
I'm going to Deer Lake today and airport tomorrow, I'm only calling these guys!

The King’s cab taxis come late and when my booking came, I jumped in to see that the driver had no right hand. His VW Touran had breaks that were squeaking and each time he pressed the brake pedal it would lock up and the vehicle would skid across the road. Each time a car was ahead braking I felt very insecure of a potential crash and the driver had to compensate by braking earlier compared to other vehicles. I would not recommend this company at all, I usually go with Intercity with phone call and this experience has taught me a lesson to never switch from it.please never use kings cab

Horrible service and management. Absolutely unbelievable. Only good thing about them is they take Debit, which can be placed in any other cab companies if they want to, which they should since this one is a joke. Horrible staff, one worker who is still employed there after having a deal in with him making rude comments and homophobic remarks to me while on shift none the less. Keeps him employed there after hun getting in my face and throwing around insults and other things, but lets go of the good workers. Insane. Manager is incompetent, real quick to judge and is snarky and snippy. Will not listen to anything had to say from MULTIPLE witnesses ready to take MY defence on the encounter. 10/10 would not recommend this cab at ALL.

Booked a taxi to take my 18 year old daughter to a friends house. The taxi driver let her out of the car on a dark Kippens road , with no light a distance from the end of the drive. Daughter had to call friends mum and dad to get her safely to the house.

I contacted King’s cab who said they would investigate, weeks later and there's been no response. I refuse to ever use that company again.Please never use King’s cab

If you want to keep your daughters safe, don't use this company, use a company that will get them to their destination safely.

If i could give them a zero i will. Absolute disgusting attitude of driver, he was already late, not spologetic, then took me through the longest possible route. When questioned he was arrogant n yelling. Arguing till the end of journey. Several times reported regarding drivers but i think the king’s cab taxi firm take it very lightly. i honestly recommend please never use king’s cab

We ordered a taxi from a club and I tracked it on the app and got a text to say it had arrived. I looked for the taxi that matched the reg plate, found it and the driver refused to let us in. He said he wasn’t taking bookings and didn’t work for Kings cab DESPITE HAVING THE LOGO ON THE SIDE OF THE CAR. He drove off leaving us standing in the street, all freezing. I rang up the lucky 7 number and someone told me they’d send another one out for us and send me a text with the reg but they didn’t! We had to get in another taxi from another company and it cost us an absolute fortune!!! From another club I ordered a taxi from there to get home on the app, it said it had arrived so I went outside and another lady was getting in it. I explained to the driver that I’d ordered it, I showed him the booking and the reg that matched his on my phone yet he’d refuse to let us in. The drivers are clearly only bothered about pick ups as these are willing to pay much more and they are just abandoning people that have made bookings. It’s absolutely disgusting. Will never use again
