What an amazing, professional, talented team! We primarily dealt with Sophie, and not only did she understand the assignment, but she completely hit it out of the park! She knew what we wanted to the point that we very rarely disagreed with a design call she suggested, and even if we did, once she explained it further we ended up on the same page anyway! This was a key element given we were still living abroad while our home was being built. She was our boots on the ground and our eyes when we couldn't be there in person. She was so wonderful in every way that she gave us the comfort and confidence to fully trust in the process, which she also appreciated!

I had the pleasure of working with patrick and his team for the build of my new custom home. I knew when i decided to build my own house, that i needed a great team to put my ideas and vision to light. Interior Concept Design helped me with my kitchen and interior design. From our first meeting, Patrick and his team put me at ease and made my decision easy on choosing them for my project in comparison to other local design companys that i met with. I knew right away they were the perfect match for my project. They met my expectations and delivered during the whole process! I couldn’t be more proud of the result and the unique design. Full home renovation, left us hanging, didn’t comply with terms of contract, made promises and did not follow through. We even had a more detailed review posted that we removed, at Patrick’s request, so they could address our concerns, which we accommodated. He did not deliver.

Patrick has a great eye for design (hence 2 stars instead of one) but his team demonstrated an immature and unprofessional attitude by abandoning us without notice and leaving the project incomplete. Given the expense involved, they have left us few options but legal ones. Buyer beware folks.
