My experience with Marc at Shoreline Mortgages was horrible!!!! I was going through a spousal buyout ( a very stressful time in my life). Marc ended up not responding to my emails, or phone calls. He finally did respond once when my realtor wrote him about a month later and when I responded with a question, he never responded again.

I ended up going to my bank and got done what needed to be done to take over the house.

Very unprofessional to leave someone in limbo for weeks with no response at all. I would NEVER recommend him.

Marc and the team at Shoreline mortgages went above and beyond throughout the entire process of purchasing our first house. From the first interaction with Marc answered any and all questions not only in relation to financing and the mortgage process, but in relation to the entire process of searching, securing, and moving into our new home. Along with securing additional services needed (legal etc…).
Marc and his team was able to secure us a great mortgage at a good rate. The support continued throughout and after securing our house. The team followed up with us and ensured everything was smooth, they also delivered a house warming gift in person.
