Terrible customer service. Product was good though. Called about getting a piece of glass replaced, they said they had to come take some measurements etc. Then they disappeared for MONTHS. Never heard from them. No quote, no nothing. Randomly they show up with the glass months later, install it then start hounding me every 5 seconds for payment on something I was never quoted for and didn't even know was coming. 2 stars because the product was good quality.

Edit: giving another star because of a well handled phone call when I brought up the problem.

After pricing around I called cape breton glass, who gave me the best price. Fast forward to my appointment - easy, fast & extremely professional. The gentlemen who worked on my windshield told me about 2 hours and called me exactly 1.5 hours later. Highly recommend !

I went into this business to have a glass replaced on a mini excavator door thinking holes would have to be drilled in the replacement glass in order to solve the problem. The staff, being courteous & polite, advised it would be better to 'attach' the glass to the outside and have it 'epoxied' to the surface. The repair was done ahead of time and I was promptly called to pick it up upon completion. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the finished job. The door is reattached to the mini and looking great. Thanks to everyone at Cape Breton Glass!

Very helpful staff. Understand what you need and they can make it for you. I have a few products made from plexiglass and they are made perfectly, especially fitting your window for an air conditioner
